It is called Oliogustando, a cycle of tasting events where the star is always the top quality EVOO from local producers. The events are organized by Strada del Vino Terre di Arezzo and AICOO.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tonight at 8.30 pm, in the astonishing atmosphere of a medieval castle, Castello di Valenzano, the tasting dinner\u00a0 dedicated to our extra virgin organic olive oil will take place with a menu that matches the excellent characteristics of our oil with local and traditional recipes and seasonal ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Our organic olive oil production is very small, (around 2000 half of a litre bottles), but of very high quality: very low acidity, great body and structure together with an intense fruity aroma, and the typical Tuscan spicy and bitter after taste.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the menu tonight:<\/p>\n<p><em>Carpaccio of marinated bonito in EVOO<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pappa al Pomodoro (typical bread and tomato soup)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cetara anchovies and Puntarelle<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0Gnocchi made of potatoes and olives, with roman cabbage and mackerel<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Stew lentils, monkfish, Lardo di Cinta and rosmary\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Goat cheese Cheesecake, blueberries and EVOO emulsion\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>WINES from Az.
