The villa features two double bedrooms located on the ground floor and three double bedrooms on the upper floor. All bedrooms have their private access to the bathroom. This building has been renovated following the example of the Leopoldina building. This villa has a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen located under the old loggia at the ground floor. Through the glass doors it is possible to observe the breathtaking panorama of the valley, the hills, and the city of Arezzo. It will seem like you can touch it with you own hand. Thanks to the location of the pool, not far from the living room and the kitchen, it is possible for our guests to enjoy the nature surrounding the villa while having a peaceful poolside dinner.

When fall arrives in the fields, the vineyards, the vegetable patch and the woods offer us their delicious products. In that same time when the nature surrounding the mansions seems to be slowly falling asleep, Pomaio • Wines & Hospitality prepares to welcome its more meditative guests. The thousands of colors alternating between red and yellow nuances cover the hill. While nature takes its course, our guests can taste the Tuscan flavor in this special time of the year. In this season two of three villas can be easily divided into apartments of different sizes allowing singles, couples or small groups to have their own privacy while experiencing this unique country spot.
Short stays are only available in low season (06/01/25 to 23/05/25 and 27/09/25 to 19/12/25).
